Am I Hungry? ®

Learn intuitive eating to stop this vicious cycle NOW!

Am I Hungry?® This deceptively simple question is the answer to ending your struggle with weight and food without restriction, without deprivation, and without guilt.
Face it. Your food issues and weight problems aren't just about what you're eating, but why you're eating in the first place. If you're not eating to satisfy hunger, then why are you eating? Are you eating in response to other triggers, perhaps the time of day, appetizing food, boredom, or stress? Is food meeting other needs for you? Is that why you can eat too much but still not feel completely satisfied? Could this be the reason you've been struggling with your weight? Could this be the reason that diets just haven't worked for you (or most other people)?
If diets were the solution, there wouldn't be a problem

There is another way! The Am I Hungry?® mindful eating approach will teach you intuitive eating by empowering you to relearn to use your natural ability to eat just the right amount of food and meet your other needs in more productive ways than eating.
Think about it. Essential to survival, hunger is your cue to take care of your body's natural need for energy and nutrients. Hunger is a physical feeling. It's not the same thing as appetite, cravings, or just wanting to eat. If you're frustrated with your weight or struggle with making food choices, you may not be using this basic skill to determine when, what, and how much to eat. (Read What Is Am I Hungry? Anyway?)
You have a choice. You can continue to try every diet that comes along, only to gain the weight back when you begin to feel deprived, bored, or hungry. Or you can learn a whole new set of intuitive eating skills for a vibrant, healthy life. Read a few of our many success stories to see how Am I Hungry?® has helped other people like you.

Real skills, real food, real life, real results.

  1. I'm on the road to intuitive eating, but I'm not quite there yet. I still have some hunger and appetite healing to do after messing them up from years of dieting. It's good to see you talking about this.
